The sessions are direct. You train with movements that carry over into real terrain: loaded carries, pulls, presses, and conditioning that pushes your pace. Each phase builds with intent. You get the right amount of work to stay consistent and move forward.
The layout is clean. The tools are simple. You can run it from your garage, your basement, or anywhere you can move weight. A built-in tracker keeps your work organized, ensuring nothing gets lost.

HOW IT WORKS
about rich
I'm Rich Froning. Most people know me from CrossFit or Mayhem, but at the core, I'm just someone who believes in showing up, putting in the work, and prioritizing the right things. Faith, Family, Fitness, and Service guide everything I do. I'm a husband and a guy who still occasionally messes up my coffee order.
I won the CrossFit Games four years in a row as an individual (2011-2014), then continued competing with Mayhem Freedom and added six more titles with the team. That makes ten in total. It never gets easier. You just get better at sticking to the work.
After falling short in 2010, I had to reassess everything. That moment pointed me back to my faith. Galatians 6:14 is more than ink on my side. It’s the lens I use to approach training, business, and life.
I built CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, Tennessee. Mayhem Athlete is our global training platform. Froning Farms originated from a simple idea and evolved into a thriving bison business. Buffalo Brew Coffee is for strong starts and slower mornings. Mayhem Hunt is for hunters who want to train in a way that prepares them for the challenges ahead.
I love to hunt, and I know what it takes physically to do it well—long climbs, heavy packs, and early mornings. Mayhem Hunt emerged from my preparation and evolved into something that could help people. It's for those who want to be ready for the whole season, not just opening day.
Life is busy and sometimes messy. It works better when I keep my priorities straight—faith first, family second, fitness third. And yes, I still forget to pack extra socks on long hikes.
